• Involve clients in goal setting and decision-making regarding their therapy.
• Establish positive relationships with clients to foster trust and cooperation.
• Collaborate with external agencies and resources to support client needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with Occupational Therapy Board of Australia is essential

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
