Job Description

We are seeking a Puffer Fish Collector to join our marine research team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting various species of puffer fish from different habitats for ongoing research initiatives. This role requires exceptional diving skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marine environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage in collection activities to harvest puffer fish from various aquatic habitats.
• Carefully transport specimens to laboratories for research.
• Log data on environmental conditions and specimen health.
• Regularly check and manage equipment used in fieldwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety and ethical guidelines during collection.
• Assist in collaborative research efforts with other marine scientists.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Marine Biology or Environmental Science

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in marine biology or related research
