Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects within Bayswater. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, project management, and safety standards. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning and implementation of construction projects.
• Oversee compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Address any conflicts or disputes that may arise on-site.
• Prepare progress reports for upper management.
• Ensure proper resource management throughout the project.
• Establish and maintain construction timelines.
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance.
• Implement efficient project management techniques.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration among site personnel.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications advantageous, such as a Diploma in Building and Construction

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
