Join us as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, where you will take charge of our accounts receivable team and ensure the prompt collection of outstanding debts. This position calls for a seasoned supervisor with the ability to analyse financial data and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for optimizing the accounts receivable process.
• Lead a team to enhance customer satisfaction during the collections process.
• Engage in conflict resolution between clients regarding billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments for cohesive financial operations.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation affecting collections.
• Implement best practices for debt recovery.
• Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Facilitate training for continuous improvement among the team members.
• Regularly assess workload distribution and adjust resource allocation accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a supervisory role
