Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to operate and maintain tanning drum equipment in our state-of-the-art facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality leather products that meet our rigorous standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tanning drum equipment for operations according to safety procedures
  • Adjust machine settings to achieve specific product standards
  • Conduct quality checks on finished leather products
  • Collaborate with Quality Control Inspectors to address any issues
  • Maintain a clean work environment to meet health and safety standards
  • Keep production logs updated and accessible for audits
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational training preferred
Experience
  • Experience with different types of hides and skins is advantageous.
