Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to operate and maintain tanning drum equipment in our state-of-the-art facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality leather products that meet our rigorous standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare tanning drum equipment for operations according to safety procedures
Adjust machine settings to achieve specific product standards
Conduct quality checks on finished leather products
Collaborate with Quality Control Inspectors to address any issues
Maintain a clean work environment to meet health and safety standards
Keep production logs updated and accessible for audits
Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements
Requirements
Education
Relevant vocational training preferred
Experience
Experience with different types of hides and skins is advantageous.
