Job Description

We are seeking experienced Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders who can oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of our advanced machinery. This role is crucial for ensuring our production processes run efficiently and safely. The ideal candidates will have a good understanding of machine operations and safety protocols, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machines are calibrated properly before production runs.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures.
• Collect and report data on machine performance and production yields.
• Work closely with maintenance teams for scheduled machine servicing.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in relevant discipline
• Diploma in Manufacturing Technology is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of operating pressing or compacting machinery.
