Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Molder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for molding various materials to meet production requirements. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up molds prior to production shifts
• Adjust machinery settings based on production requirements
• Inspect and test materials before use
• Assist in training new team members on equipment usage
• Continually assess production processes for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Document production trends and report to supervisors
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance
• Suggest improvements to enhance product quality and workflow
• Follow established schedules to meet production deadlines

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certification/training in molding techniques preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in molding or related field

Certifications

• Forklift License (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent
