Job Description

Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions is on the lookout for a skilled Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter or Operator. This role is crucial for maintaining quality standards in our production line. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience operating and setting up machines, ensuring they are calibrated correctly for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding, lapping, and polishing machines safely and efficiently.
• Prepare machines for production by performing setup and calibration tasks.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Identify and address any machine or operational issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Record and track production data for reporting.
• Assist in training new employees on machinery operation.
• Evaluate and implement machinery improvements to enhance production.
• Contribute to team discussions for process improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in related fields preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in operating lapping or grinding machines.
