Responsibilities

• Support clients in coping with mental health challenges.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for therapeutic work.
• Teach clients effective coping strategies and skills.
• Record and document session details for client files.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
• Engage with families to enhance the therapeutic process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health discipline
• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Mental Health preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a counselor in mental health
