Job Description

As a Reconstructive Surgeon at our esteemed facility, you'll perform complex surgical procedures to repair or reconstruct body parts affected by trauma, illness, or congenital defects. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and advanced surgical techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage the reconstructive needs of patients with complex conditions.
  • Monitor surgical team performance and contribute to quality assurance processes.
  • Research and implement evidence-based practices to enhance surgical techniques.
  • Facilitate patient education regarding surgical options and recovery expectations.
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals for comprehensive patient management.
  • Document all surgical interventions and manage patient records effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD)
  • Fellowship in Reconstructive Surgery is highly desirable.
Experience
  • 5+ years of surgical experience with a focus on reconstructive techniques.
