Testboard Operator

Job Description

As a Testboard Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will operate and maintain the testboard, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve any product issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough tests on products to ensure functionality.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team to improve testing methodologies.
• Maintain accurate records of tests conducted and results obtained.
• Identify and report discrepancies in product quality to management.
• Assist in the implementation of new testing tools and technologies.
• Create and maintain testing schedules to ensure production timelines are met.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance testing skills.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative practices.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Electronics or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Quality control processes
• Familiarity with product specifications

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a similar role: Prior experience as a Test Technician or Quality Control Technician would be beneficial.
• Understanding of electrical components: Knowledge of electronic component specifications and testing procedures.
