Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake test batches based on the latest recipes.

  • Critically assess the quality of baked products, including taste and consistency.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all test results and observations.
  • Work closely with product development teams to elevate product standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in baking procedures.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols to safeguard baking operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Baking or a relevant qualification
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker or in a similar role
