Job Description

As a Postsecondary Education Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping educational strategies and policies. You will oversee curriculum development, manage faculty, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while enhancing the overall student experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational strategies and policies.
• Oversee curriculum development and ensure quality teaching and assessment.
• Manage and mentor faculty and staff to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Build relationships with external organizations and partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Manage budgets and financial resources effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree or PhD in Education or a related field

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within an academic institution
