Job Description

As a Preschool Teacher, you will develop and implement educational programs, assess student progress, and work collaboratively with parents and staff to achieve the best outcomes for our children in a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 3-5.
  • Observe, assess, and document children's learning and behaviours.
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding their children's progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional care and education.
  • Ensure safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Support children with special needs and adapt learning activities accordingly.
  • Build positive relationships with children and their families.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Education are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years working with preschool age children
