Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented Test Preparer to enhance our Assessment Department. This critical role involves preparing tests, administering them to individuals and groups, and evaluating results effectively. The successful candidate will ensure that all testing materials remain up-to-date and relevant. Attention to detail is a must, as is the ability to work collaboratively with both test developers and test-takers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and execution of assessment events and examinations.
  • Oversee inventory management of testing materials to ensure availability.
  • Compile and analyse data from assessments for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the implementation of new testing technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for the procurement of testing resources.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of test materials and results.
  • Conduct post-assessment reviews to identify areas of improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff on effective assessment practices.
  • Advocate for the needs of diverse learners during the testing process.
  • Ensure alignment of assessments with curriculum goals and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Additional qualifications in assessment is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in educational testing or assessment roles.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in online learning platforms
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques

Languages
  • English: Fluent
