Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Clergy member to join our team at Community Faith Centre. You will engage deeply with our community, providing spiritual guidance, leading worship services, and supporting individuals and families in their spiritual journeys.

Responsibilities

• Conduct worship services that promote community involvement.
• Encourage and support congregational participation in ministries.
• Lead group prayers and spiritual activities.
• Collaborate with local organisations for community projects.
• Counsel individuals through personal challenges.
• Teach faith-based education programs.
• Organise workshops to enhance community spiritual growth.
• Maintain strong communication with church members and staff.
• Be available for emergency pastoral care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Ministry or Theology
• Master's degree in Theology is a benefit

Experience

• 3+ years in pastoral leadership

Certifications

• Mental Health First Aid Certification
• Chaplaincy Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
