Prototype Specialist

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Prototype Specialist to design, build, and test prototypes for new electronic products. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes for new electronic products using advanced design software.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers during the development process.
• Perform tests on prototypes and analyse results for improvement.
• Document and communicate findings to the product development team.
• Manage prototype databases and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in training junior team members on prototyping techniques.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety in the workshop.
• Explore new materials and manufacturing processes to enhance product quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
