Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Window Washer to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning windows on various commercial and residential buildings, ensuring that they are spotless and streak-free. Your expertise in using the right cleaning techniques and tools will be crucial for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular window cleaning on a variety of sites.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards while working at heights.
• Inspect windows before and after cleaning for any damage.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition.
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns positively.
• Keep track of inventory for cleaning supplies.
• Complete reports on daily tasks and site conditions.
• Assist in training new staff as required.
• Provide recommendations to clients for regular maintenance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Experience in window cleaning is an advantage.
