Job Description

We are currently looking for skilled Print Binding and Finishing Workers to join our team in Sydney. The Bindery Machine Setter will be responsible for setting up and operating various bindery machines to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of finishing machines and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to machinery.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to coordinate workflow and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in print production is advantageous

Experience

• Experience with digital printing equipment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of printing processes
• Knowledge of safety regulations in printing

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Team-oriented spirit

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with industrial control systems: Knowledge of the technical aspects of bindery machinery.
