Textile Winding Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Textile Winding Machine Operator. You will be key in setting up, operating, and maintaining our state-of-the-art silk winding machines within a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the winding machine throughout production shifts.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machine operation.
• Ensure materials are loaded and replenished as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Document production data, including quantities and operational issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training new operators and team members.
• Report any safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience operating silk or delicate fabrics machinery preferred

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow instructions

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent
