Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for creating and executing test plans to ensure the highest quality software delivery. You will collaborate with developers and product managers to identify quality requirements and provide actionable feedback to improve product performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests as part of continuous integration.
• Conduct usability and performance testing to ensure features meet user needs.
• Work collaboratively with developers to address issues effectively.
• Maintain testing documentation and update it as necessary.
• Analyze defects to determine their root cause and prevent reoccurrence.
• Engage with product management to clarify requirements and scope.
• Identify process improvements within the QA function.
• Document test results and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a QA role
