Responsibilities
Prepare and grill a variety of meats and vegetables.
Set up and maintain the grill station for optimal cooking conditions.
Season and marinate meats to enhance flavors effectively.
Grill meats to the desired temperature and adjust as necessary.
Monitor cooking times to ensure food safety and quality.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and adhere to hygiene standards.
Assist in devising new recipes and promotions for menu enhancement.
Manage stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
Engage with customers to ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations.
Train junior kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and equipment usage.
Requirements
Education
