Job Description

As an Aviation Medicine Specialist, you will ensure the physical and mental well-being of pilots, flight crew, and aviation personnel. Your role will involve assessing and treating medical conditions that may impact safety and performance. You will also develop medical protocols tailored to the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical support during in-flight incidents.
• Evaluate the physical and psychological fitness of aviation personnel regularly.
• Advise on dietary and wellness programs for aviation staff.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance assessments for health facilities.
• Lead outreach programs to educate aviation personnel on health and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
• Postgraduate degree in Aviation Medicine is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience, ideally in aviation or occupational health.
