Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Tiger Machine Operator to enhance our dynamic manufacturing team. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating tiger machines and possess a solid understanding of the manufacturing industry. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and attention to detail, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tiger machines to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure operational readiness.
• Program machines per job specifications and troubleshoot any programming errors.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place and being followed during the production process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise workflow and productivity.
• Document machine performance and maintenance in production logs.
• Participate in safety training and initiatives to promote workplace safety.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machinery operation or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience with tiger or similar machinery.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

Certifications

• Machine Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
