Job Description

As a Service Unit Operator at XYZ Energy Solutions, you will oversee and execute various well service operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of all equipment and machinery. You will be responsible for performing routine checks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records. This role is crucial within our operations team as we strive to optimise well performance and reduce downtime. Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and routine maintenance on well servicing equipment.
• Control and monitor well fluids to optimise production.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for equipment failures.
• Document all well operations and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in safety drills and continue to promote a culture of safety.
• Assist with job planning and coordination of service personnel.
• Collaborate with engineering and logistics departments for operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements for well service processes.
• Liaise with clients to report on service progress and address queries.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Well Operations (preferred)
• Additional certifications in well servicing

Experience

• Experience on offshore rigs is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic Fracturing Knowledge
• SCADA Systems

Certifications

• IWCF Well Control Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Advanced Well Control Certification: Possessing an advanced level of Well Control certification is preferred.
• Experience with additional well servicing technologies: Knowledge of the latest well servicing technologies can be beneficial.
