Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our dedicated team at Construction Solutions Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial carpentry, focusing on delivering high-quality workmanship and safety on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of finished welds and joints for quality assurance.
• Set up and modify welding machinery configurations as necessary.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Document all production data and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage welding projects.
• Instigate troubleshooting and repairs on welding machines when issues arise.
• Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams for process improvements.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting production deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in welding technology.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
• Trade qualification in welding or similar

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in welding operations with knowledge of robotics and automation systems.
