Job Description

We are seeking a Mining Engineer to join our team in Geelong. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing mining operations while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets for mining projects.
• Prepare technical documentation for mining operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers and crew members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mining engineering or related fields
