Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender. This role is essential for ensuring the effective operation of our machinery in the mining sector. A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and be capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery according to operational specifications.
• Load materials into the machines for processing.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Follow safety guidelines and prepare report on machine conditions.
• Assist in the training of new staff on machinery operations.
• Document production processes and report any variations to supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical Engineering Diploma is desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of operational experience with mining machinery

Technical Skills

• Machinery Troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent
