Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Billing and Posting Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, managing billing records, and communicating with clients regarding their accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks related to billing and payments.
  • Review billing statements for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle correspondence related to payment arrangements with clients.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team for financial audits.
  • Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a billing role
