Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Demolitionist to lead our demolition projects. The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of site assessments, demolition techniques, and the coordination of demolition crew members.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys and documentation for demolition projects.
• Implement effective waste management processes during demolition.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations regarding hazardous materials.
• Monitor the effectiveness of safety protocols and recommend improvements.
• Cooperate with safety officers during inspections.
• Provide progress updates to project stakeholders.
• Conduct post-demolition inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Demolition or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license

Experience

• Proven experience in managing demolition projects preferred.
