Join our dynamic team as a Child, Family, and School Social Worker. You will play a vital role in supporting children and their families, providing counselling, advocacy, and support services in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with external agencies to coordinate services for families.
• Provide training and resources to teachers on supporting students with specific needs.
• Implement preventative programs to enhance students' social and emotional skills.
• Conduct home visits as required to assess family dynamics and needs.
• Provide regular updates to supervisors on cases and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive experience in child and family social services

Languages
