Job Description
As a Social and Human Service Assistant, your role will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their social service needs. You will support assessments, manage records, and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver effective services.
Responsibilities
Work closely with social workers to deliver high-quality support services.
Engage in effective communication with clients to understand their needs.
Assist in crisis intervention and support when necessary.
Help in planning and implementing social service programs.
Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of client information.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Experience
Previous experience with vulnerable populations is a big plus.
