Job Description

As a Fundraising Manager at our leading non-profit foundation, you will take charge of cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors. Your role is pivotal in securing substantial financial support for our initiatives. Collaborating with our dedicated team, you will develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve our financial goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for philanthropy, and a proven track record in major gift fundraising.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized engagement strategies for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential and existing major donors to identify their philanthropic interests.
  • Assist in organizing fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to craft compelling messages.
  • Monitor and analyse fundraising trends within the non-profit sector to inform strategies.
  • Provide training and support to junior fundraising staff.
  • Utilize social media and networking to engage potential donors.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to fundraising.
  • Utilize metrics and analytics to measure fundraising success and areas for improvement.
  • Work with the Finance Department to track donations and ensure proper reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • Prior experience in donor relations or fundraising required.
