Job Description

Join our team as a Crane and Tower Operator! The successful applicant will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery to facilitate efficient drilling operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust machinery during operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct safety checks on machinery before starting operations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in safety training and development programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Heavy Machinery Operation
• Trade qualifications in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in heavy machinery operation

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Knowledge of Heavy Machinery

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Current Driver's License
• H2S Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working in remote locations: Previous experience operating machinery in remote areas is an advantage.
• Familiarity with additional heavy machinery: Experience operating bulldozers, excavators, or other heavy machinery is a plus.
