Job Description

As a Helpers-Extraction Worker, you will play a critical role in the milling process on-site. Your responsibilities will include operating milling machinery, ensuring safe operations, and working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on milling equipment.
• Ensure effective communication with other workers on site to facilitate smooth operations.
• Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Provide support to the Milling Supervisor in daily operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Mill Operations or similar is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mill operations or heavy machinery operation

Technical Skills

• SCADA Systems
• PLC Programming

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with SCADA Systems: Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with SCADA systems.
• Ability to Read Technical Manuals: Competence in understanding and implementing procedures from technical documents.
