Job Description

We are seeking a Milled Rubber Tender to operate machinery that processes raw rubber into milled rubber sheets and crumbs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.

Responsibilities

• Handle the setup and adjustment of milling machines according to production requirements.
• Feed raw rubber into machines while monitoring the process for consistency.
• Maintain quality standards in output and implement adjustments when necessary.
• Follow strict safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep detailed logs of production metrics and equipment performance.
• Engage actively in team meetings to discuss production improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in manufacturing or relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations
