Job Description

As a Mixing House Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the precise blending of materials to meet specifications. Your expertise in operating mixing equipment will help maintain the quality and consistency of our products. You will be responsible for monitoring equipment performance and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of mixing machinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished products to uphold safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth production flow.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, following 5S principles.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and report any shortages to management.
• Assist in the training of new operators and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Trade certification in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
