Job Description
As an Aging Room Hand, you will be pivotal in monitoring and maintaining the aging process of our premium tobacco products. Your careful attention to detail will ensure that the quality and flavor profiles meet our high standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee the aging of tobacco to achieve optimal flavor.
Conduct quality assessments and document findings.
Assist in packaging and preparing products for shipment.
Ensure the workspace is kept clean and hazard-free.
Utilize and maintain machinery used in tobacco processing.
Engage in team meetings to discuss production efficiency.
Actively resolve small issues as they arise on the production line.
Adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Experience in tobacco or similar industries is advantageous.
