We are seeking a skilled Furniture Stainer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be adept in staining, varnishing, and finishing furniture to impeccable standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sand furniture to achieve flawless surfaces ready for finishing.
• Utilize various tools and techniques to apply stains and finishes effectively.
• Perform quality checks to ensure color matching and texture consistency.
• Work closely with other team members to assure project timelines are met.
• Follow health and safety operations in the workshop.
• Maintain accurate logs of materials used and processes followed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in woodworking or furniture finishing is a plus

Experience

• Experience with different types of wood and finishing products

Technical Skills

• Color matching skills
• Experience with spray finishing methods

Soft Skills

• Attention to safety

Certifications

• Certification in healthy and safe working practices

Languages

• English: Fluent
