Job Description

Join our production team as a Gasket Former, where you'll be responsible for the operation of machines to produce gaskets of various shapes and sizes. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for gasket production based on specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Utilize hand tools to trim and finish gaskets accurately.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with the quality control team to enhance product quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing or mechanical operations preferred

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Languages
