Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chucker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a chucking machine to shape and finish metal parts according to specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure that all components meet our exacting standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize chucking machines to manufacture precision components.
• Inspect parts with measuring instruments to ensure compliance.
• Modify tooling and machine settings based on specifications.
• Assist in maintaining an organised and safe work environment.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding production goals.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Machining or a related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a machining or manufacturing role.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
