We are seeking a skilled Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setter to join our dynamic team at Woodworks. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to apply stains, varnishes, and paints on wooden surfaces. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to achieving high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up spray machines for the application of finishes.
• Ensure precise colour matching and application techniques.
• Conduct quality inspections of each finished item for defects.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures for painting and coating tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Woodworking or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role
