In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging health and safety training programs to employees, ensuring they are well-informed and compliant with current regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging training materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Promote a culture of safety within the organisation through continuous education.
• Monitor and report on health and safety compliance levels across departments.
• Facilitate emergency response drills and prepare employees for potential emergencies.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Australian health and safety legislation.: Understanding of local health and safety laws and regulations.
• Experience in developing e-learning modules.: Experience in designing online training materials for safety education.
