Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Mathematical Science Teacher to join our team and develop innovative curricula that prepare students for competitive mathematics competitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of mathematical concepts and the ability to inspire and engage students of varying competencies.

Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans that promote critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Support students in preparing for state and national mathematics contests.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the mathematics curriculum.
• Provide individual and small-group mentoring to struggling students.
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and understanding.
• Participate in professional development to refine teaching practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
• Teaching qualification desirable

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience teaching mathematics at the postsecondary level with a focus on competitive programs.

Languages
