Job Description

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Training and Development Manager to spearhead our HR training programs. This pivotal role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating effective training solutions to uplift our team's capabilities. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HR practices and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and delivery of engaging training programs for HR.
  • Evaluate training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance assessments.
  • Regularly update training materials to align with current HR practices.
  • Mentor HR team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations in training content.
  • Create and maintain an efficient Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars in both online and in-person formats.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training opportunities.
  • Support succession planning through targeted development programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Further qualifications in Training and Education are an advantage
Experience
  • Experience in facilitating e-learning and face-to-face training sessions.
