Job Description

As a Dining Room Maid, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. Your duties will involve setting up tables, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests receive top-notch customer service throughout their experience.

Responsibilities

• Setting up dining areas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Providing menu recommendations to guests.
• Assisting in catering events as required.
• Collecting feedback from guests to improve services.
• Working collaboratively with chefs and other waitstaff.
• Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace at all times.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Food handling certificate (preferred)

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• English: Fluent
