Job Description

As a Stable Helper, you will play a crucial role in the daily care and maintenance of horses, ensuring they are well-fed, exercised, and healthy. This position provides an opportunity to work closely with equine professionals and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily feeding and watering of all horses under care.
• Maintain cleanliness of stables and outdoor areas.
• Assist with the grooming and exercise of horses.
• Administer any required medications and follow up on health checks.
• Aid in breeding and foaling processes under the guidance of professionals.
• Perform basic maintenance on equine facilities.
• Monitor the overall well-being of horses and report issues.
• Engage in training sessions for equine handling.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certificate in Equine Management or Animal Care
• Driver's License

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
