Job Description

As a key part of our visual team, the Visual Specialist will design and create visually appealing displays and layouts that align with our clients' brand identities. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to produce compelling designs for retail spaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative display concepts for merchandise that engage and attract customers.
• Work with marketing teams to create visuals for campaigns and product launches.
• Utilize customer feedback and analytics to refine display strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and ensure quality execution.
• Train and guide team members on display best practices and visual merchandising techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent
