Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to gather user insights.

• Simplify user flows to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Evaluate product usability and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of design best practices and industry standards.
• Assist in mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in UX Design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience
