Job Description

We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and assisting with network configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve internal staff inquiries regarding IT services.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
  • Configure and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals.
  • Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are followed.
  • Assist in implementing new technology solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support during IT rollouts.
  • Participate in regular IT audits to ensure compliance.
  • Provide updates to management on IT-related issues.
  • Stay current with new technologies to address user needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
